By downloading or using ExpenseFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

ExpenseFlow grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your Apple devices as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

You may use ExpenseFlow for:

• Personal and professional expense tracking
• Business trip tracking and logging
• Receipt scanning and management
• Generating expense reports for personal or business use

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to extract or copy the source code

Disclaimer of Warranties

ExpenseFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We specifically disclaim warranties regarding:

• OCR Accuracy: Receipt scanning uses automated text recognition which may not be 100% accurate. Always verify extracted data before submission.
• Exchange Rates: Currency exchange rates are provided for convenience and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.
• Trip Detection: Automatic trip tracking uses GPS and may not capture all trips or may occasionally trigger incorrectly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpenseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to errors in expense calculations, OCR inaccuracies, or lost data.

Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your expense data
• The accuracy of information entered or extracted
• Compliance with tax and expense reporting requirements in your jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
